Artcard provides a tool for creating downloadable sales and information cards for visual work.

By using Artcard, you agree to use the service responsibly and only for lawful purposes.

All information entered into Artcard is provided by the user and is the user's sole responsibility.

Artcard does not review, verify, monitor or approve user-entered information, payment details, QR destinations, external links or third-party services.

Artcard only generates the card and QR code from the information entered by the user.

Artcard does not process sales between artists and buyers. Any payment, purchase, refund, delivery, collection, dispute, chargeback or communication between artist, buyer and any third-party payment provider is the responsibility of the relevant parties and provider.

Artcard is not responsible for any QR code destination, payment link, payment provider, external website, third-party service, transaction, refund, dispute, chargeback, failed payment, incorrect payment detail, incorrect link, unavailable work, or any loss arising from user-entered information or third-party services.

Users must only create Artcards for work they own, represent, or are authorised to sell or promote.

Artcard may change, suspend or withdraw parts of the service at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Artcard accepts no liability for any loss, damage, claim, cost or expense arising from use of the service, reliance on generated Artcards, QR codes, payment links, third-party services, or information entered by users.

These terms may be updated from time to time.
